The bottle fits into any handbag and contains tonic syrup from natural ingredients. A delicious tonic water is created by mixing it with mineral water (1:5). Stylist Hendrick Schaulin and photographer Peter Hundert developed “a pHenomenal Tonic”, that is now also available in a ginger variant.

After Rocko Schamani and jeweler Jonathan Jonson celebrated success with their fecal-inspired collection “Scheiße by Schamoni” (english: Shit by Schamoni), they now go one step further: They made a brownish dream come true with their pralines “Merde Royale”. The Confiserie Paulsen implemented the extraordinary delicatessen .

Where do exotic spices touch german ground first? In Hamburg’s port. Stefan Lemckes taste manufacture “Ankerkraut” is located right there. He sells special salts from Australia and composes spice blends and marinades for perfect BBQs.

To strengthen voice and health opera singer Amarilis Bilbeny has been brewing her own ginger juice for years. From now on it is available under the label “Frau Ingwer”. But this handmade and organic juice is joined by her latest creation, an organic-ginger-vinegar. Everything is sold in markets and online.

The small boxes from Pastry Emma, decorated with sayings and Illustrations, almost steal the show from what is inside. A “Tarte Novelle” by Teresa Goebbels can be customized online and sent to the queen of hearts.

Kuddel Beer remains fresh for a long time, because it is not heated thermally. It tastes balanced, light and sweet. Invented by Hamburgers but brewed in Bavaria. It is e.g. sold in Imoto (Ottensen).

The Manufacture “Flaschenweise” has been producing and refining aroma salts, olive oils, vinegards and grappa for ten years. Like a pesto made from pistachios and plenty of fresh basil (from www.genusshandwerker.de ).
